Just a quick word to let you know that we had an electrician out today to add the ground fault protection for our swimming pool light (we never swam in the pool this summer). When I explained that you had brought the electrical problem to our attention in your report, he said that “you definitely did us a big favor there”. He clearly shared your concerns about the potential hazard. Scares me to think about what might have happened to a member of our family or a guest. Anyway, thanks again for doing such a thorough job. We will be sure to recommend you every chance we get.

I am SO glad that you were the one that inspected the house I am trying to buy !!
I had it in my head that you were from around the Bonham area because my Mom had spoken of asking for you specifically, and got the impression you were kind of doing her a favor when you inspected her house here in Denison. So I didn't ask her about who you worked for, just picked an Inspection Company out of the phone book.
